StoreSEO subscriptions are billed through Shopify. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds.
1. General Policy
- Refunds are subject to the app usage and calculated based on the consumption of AI credits, as these represent one-time costs we incur on our end (not on the user end).
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Exceptions may apply in cases of technical errors, accidental double-billing, or as required by law.
Voorbeeld: If you used 50% (or more) of the allocated AI credits in your plan, we may issue a pro-rated or partial refund based on our calculation.
2. One-Time Add-Ons
- AI credit top-ups and one-time purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your store name and billing details.
- We will review your usage and eligibility.
4. Shopify Billing
All refunds are processed via Shopify’s billing system. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of StoreSEO after updates indicates acceptance.
