1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StoreSEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
2. Description of Services
StoreSEO provides AI-driven SEO tools to optimize your Shopify store. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- AI content and metadata optimization
- Image compression and alt-text generation
- Schema and structured data integration
- Sitemap and indexing tools
- SEO audits and reporting
- Multilingual SEO tools
3. User Accounts
To use StoreSEO, you must have a valid Shopify store and account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain the security of your credentials.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Communications
By creating an account or using StoreSEO, you agree that we may contact you with important service-related notices. With your consent, we may also send you marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. Subscription and Fees
StoreSEO operates on a subscription model with tiered plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Usage of AI credits is tied to your subscription level.
- Additional AI credits may be purchased separately.
All fees adopt the currency according to the merchant’s store information and are billed via Shopify’s billing system.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short:
- Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on usage.
- If credits are consumed in full, no refund is provided.
- Partial refunds may be issued based on remaining credits (see Refund Policy).
7. Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Use StoreSEO for unlawful purposes.
- Resell or exploit StoreSEO without authorization.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to copy our technology.
8. User Content
When using StoreSEO, you may upload or generate content. You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process and optimize your content for SEO purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in StoreSEO, including but not limited to software, algorithms, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, documentation, and other related materials, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Storeware.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use StoreSEO for your Shopify store in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you or any third party.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time via your Shopify dashboard.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreSEO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StoreSEO harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflicts of law.
14. Changes to Terms
