商店SEO lets you backup and restore the SEO data of your Shopify store with a few clicks. With this feature, you can back up your products’ important SEO data and restore it later when needed. 

This functionality can be very useful for recovering the SEO data of your store’s products whenever you want, if it is corrupted or lost due to any issues. In this documentation, we will show you how this functionality works. 

How to Backup and Restore SEO Data Using StoreSEO in Shopify?

Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Backup & Restore’ Option #

Open the StoreSEO app and go to the '设置' tab in the left side panel on your dashboard. Then, navigate to the ‘Backup & Restore’ option in the StoreSEO settings tab. Click on the ‘Create backup’ 按钮。

Step 2: Create a Backup of Your SEO Data #

一个 ‘Create backup’ module will appear. Select where you want to backup from ‘收藏'，'产品' 和 '博客文章’ and hit the ‘开始备份' 按钮。 

StoreSEO will now start the process of creating the backup. Once it is over, you will see a success message. You will find the backups that are in progress or newly created in the list within the ‘Data backups’ section on your dashboard.

Hit the '恢复' button beside the backup in the list that you want to restore. In the following pop-up window, click on the '恢复' button again. 

StoreSEO will then start restoring the SEO data according to the specific backup. A notification will pop up to show that the backup process is in action. You will get a success message once the data is restored.

笔记： To keep your backup list organized, you can remove any backup in the list by hitting the ‘Delete’ button beside the '恢复' 按钮。
