The story
Owen runs an organic and health food store with about 4,000 products. Almost everything he sells carries some certification or allergen status, and almost none of his product pages say so, because that information lives in the supplier data rather than the description.
His customers search precisely that. Certified organic, non-GMO, gluten free, made in a facility free of a specific allergen. For many of them it is not a preference but a medical requirement, and they check per product rather than trusting a brand-level claim.
Bulk-applying certification and allergen language across the catalog, publishing the allergen answers as FAQ schema, and building certification-led collection pages made 4,000 products eligible for the searches they already qualified for.
