The story
Giulia imports and sells specialty Italian food to customers across Europe and the UK. Her products are described the way a producer describes them: the town, the family, the method. Beautiful, and missing every filter her customers actually apply.
Her buyers search a dietary requirement, a provenance and a shipping destination in a single query — gluten free, from a particular region, deliverable to a particular country before a particular date. Shipping restrictions and customs rules are decisive and lived only in a policy page.
She added dietary and provenance language to every product, published shipping and customs answers as FAQ schema, and localized the metadata on her translated storefronts. Cross-border specialty food is unusually loyal once you win it.
