The story
Cal runs a fishing and hunting store built largely on supplier catalogs, which means his descriptions are the same as those of dozens of other stores and his product titles are manufacturer model names.
His customers search species and method together: a rod action for a specific technique, a lure for a specific fish in specific water, optics for a specific range. The vocabulary is precise and it appeared nowhere in the supplier copy he had inherited.
Replacing supplier text with species-and-method descriptions, publishing the technique questions as FAQ schema, and building method-led collections gave him pages that matched how his customers actually think.
